Template Printing Problems

I recently installed Office for Mac 2008. When I open some presentations for school within PowerPoint, upon printing the slides it takes a long time to print even 10 slides (minutes). I think it has to do with template designs because it is not all the presentations. Do we know if there is a known issue with printing with the new Mac Office 08?

Running Mac OX 10.5.2
MacBook Pro
