Template Problems with Word 2007 & Word 2003

I have several templates that were created in Word 2003 (currently we have
customers on both). When an 2007 customer uses the template and saves down
to ensure it is in Word 2003 format - some of the information in the fill-in
fields is not visable, other than the very top of the text.

Has anyone ever seen this?
