Is there a way to save some HTML in a layout within a word document.

I am not looking for word to display the finished look but only to make it
easier for me when writing my adverts for ebay, It would be something like I
have below.....I would fill in the Xs and the template or whatever would
retain the code. Is there maybe a better medium for doing this?
