I have downloaded a few templates. I want to setup a few of them to a
specific category so that when I start Visio, I see them listed in the
category I created. How do I go about creating the categories and saving the
templates under the categories created?

If you want the category, say, medical then put the templates/stencils
in a folder called medical e.g.

C:\Documents and Settings\me\My Documents\My Shapes\medical
