Template: Stock Quotes M033S9921.xls

I have a MS Stock Quotes M033S9921.xls template that no longer downloads
prices from MSN. I suspect that the MSN website was changed. Does anyone
know how to change it so it will work. I can't find a new template on the
MS template website.
