Template submission

On the MS template submit page, it is noted that they are accepting templates
for 2007. Are they no longer accepting templates in 2003 format. I have some
great geotech stuff and am working on others, Gantt, Hours Scheduling,
Wedding/Event Planning. Detailed stuff. Samples can be seen here.

Please say they haven't stopped accepting submission. Where can I submit to
at MS if I have not gotten the correct submit page?
