"Template" Task bar stuck

I run Visio on 4 machines. On one machine, I cant get my templates or
existing files to open without the "Template" Task pane. Its anoying. Any
ideas??

Go to Tools > Options > General > Service Options > Online Content, then
uncheck "Show Template Help".

Intuitive, yes? :)
