Template to type letters

Regularly I prepare letter in word and print it in my letter head.
In case of no template each and every time I have to prepare the letter
and change margins, font and so on. It will be easy for me to type letter
on the basis of template. So how can I do this template and how to save
this template and reuse it. I dont know how to use template. Please tell me.
