Template used for Autoresponse

MEG

I've followed some of the posts here to create an Outlook Template. (i.e
turning off WORD as my email editor to create the template).

I then modified a rule to send a REPLY using the template.

If I DON'T use WORD as my email editor, new emails received are autoreplied
to using the template. Just what I want.

However, I want to use WORD for my editor. When I turn it back on, the
autoreplies don't work.

Is there another setting I need to modify?

Thanks,

MEG

I'm using version 2003. Yes, I thought it should work also.

I can try a reboot of the workstation.

Thanks,

What version of Outlook? The template should work - you only need to use
the outlook editor when you create the template.
