Template website not recognizing Office 07 installed

Each time I try and download a template for any Office 07 (Word, OneNote,
PPT, Excel), I receive message Office 07 not installed on this computer. It
is. I even clicked to validate that it is a genuine MS product.

I know there is another method to download, but
a. it's significantly longer, and
b. it concerns me that the system doesn't recognize my software.
