a Word Wizard or if i have the right discription.

A wizard is really overkill for this; it is a multipage form. Put your
various paragraphs in AutoText in your template. You could use a checkbox in
a userform to check off which ones you want in a single-page userform or
simply put a custom AutoText toolbar in your template that has your entries,
perhaps in combination with an AutoTextList field for your first body
paragraph.

See the page on how to create a userform on the MVP FAQ site.

In designing your letter, take a look at: How to set up letterhead or some
other document where you want one header on the first page and a different
header on other pages. http://www.addbalance.com/word/headersfooters.htm
This gives step-by-step instructions.
