Template Wizard Failed

Hello,

I'm using Access 2002. When I try to create a new database
using the template wizard I get the following
error. "Method 'Accessuserdatadir' of object '_Wizhook'
failed". I have also preformed a detect and repair of
office to no avail. Any suggestions?
