All I am looking for is template I can put into numbers that will help figure out if I can afford a certain price house. I need My selling price, new home price, broker's fee, taxes, various types of insurances, closing fee etc. I can't seem to find one.

Hi John:

This is the kind of thing that you make for yourself. Everyone's needs are
different.

Just type the stuff into Excel and insert the formulas. It would be quicker
to make one than find one.
