Template

Will someone please tell me exactly where to find a One Note template that
allows me to record web page, credit cards etc., showing name of account (or
webpage), password and user name. Thanks so much, I have no clue.

I'm not aware of a template for it, but you could just create a simple table
right on a OneNote page for that.

If you're doing what I think you're doing (creating a page to store all of
your account names and passwords) I’d definitely password protect that
section and locate it on an encrypted partition.
