TemplateFile Argument in SendObject

I am trying to use the TemplateFile Arguement of the
SendObject Method to to display an html page that contains
links to other documents.

Does anyone know how Microsoft intend the TemplateFile
Arguement to be used?

I haven't found any relevant documentation on Microsoft's
sites yet.
