templates and multi page documents

Is there a way to assign a template to every page in a
document. I have designed a template and when I use it to
create a new document, I want all pages that I add to the
document to automatically load with this template. Is
this possible?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'template' in this case. Visio does have the
ability to specify a page as a Background that can be seen behind one or
more pages in the document. If you add a new page, you would need to set
its background to the Background page you want.
