Templates and My Templates

When I create a Template and try and store it in Templates the save
button is greyed out. I would like to get things into My Templates in
the Project Gallery but have no idea how.
Has anybody an idea where the file is located and can I frag .dot file
into that location. I have trid Templates under Office but that does
nto seem to work

My Templates is a folder inside Templates. Even though you can't save
into Templates, you should be able to open My Templates and save into
that. If not, you may have a permissions problem here. m.

I can find the templates Folder but cannot find My templates. I can
see it inside the Project Group but cannot locate it with Find. I have
unlocked the Templates folder ( via the Get info slor under File in
Finder) but that does nto make aany difference the Save is still
greyed out. If this is a permissions problem what do I do next please

Word should have created the My Templates folder inside the Templates
folder when you installed it. The simplest solution might be to
reinstall Office. Word Help is helpful about where custom templates need
to go in order to be seen in the My Templates pane of the Project
Gallery. m.
