Templates available on Server

Windows Server 2008 / Exchange Server 2007 / Office 2007
we have several *.oft templates as well as *.dotx files which I need to make
available to 'everyone'.
where on the server do I put these files that they are visible:
1) in outlook - File/New/Templates
2) in Word - File/New/Templates
and everyone on the network can use them?

For Word put them in the Workgroup Templates location. This location can be
specified by you in Word by clicking the Office Button, clicking Word
Options, and in the Advanced section at the bottom, clicking the File
Locations button.

For Outlook, publish them to your Forms Library.
