I was doing a search for Clip Art and it came up with a Border that I like,
however, it is only a small border about 1 inch wide. How can I take that it
make it go all around the page (square border)?

Insert it multiple times, rotating it where necessary. Your results may not
quite be what you're hoping for tho.

Place it in the Header and Footer layer and copy/paste it as many times
necessaryfor this. You'd also need to rotate the image for the left and
right borders. Then, once you are finished, hold Ctrl, select each image,
and then right-click the selection and then click Group. This way you won't
accidentally move a piece out of alignment.

If you need specific steps, please let us know the version of Word you are
using.
