Templates downloading upside down

I am trying to download an invitation template and it is opening in Word
upside down. It will not let me rotate the text box. I am using the 2003
version...is that why?? Is there any thing I can do to get this right side
up???

It's probably doing that because it's supposed to be folded after it's
printed. After it's folded, it will be rightside up.
