Templates for business purposes

I am so confused after reading all the privacy and terms of use conditions.
Can I use the templates which come with MS Powerpoint 2007 for making and
selling presentations? And the teplates on the MS website? What about the
clipart for free on the MS website?
Please help.

I'm not a lawyer, and I'm not positive about the templates and cliparts.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX100829361033.aspx is the license
agreement for templates.

"Use. You may download, copy and use the templates in documents and projects
that you create. You may distribute those documents and projects
non-commercially. If you wish to use the templates for any other purpose, go
to www.microsoft.com/permission to learn whether that use is allowed. "

Seems like you cannot use the templates in presentations you intend to sell.
I *know* you cannot sell the templates themselves.

Unfortunately, I can't find the page about clipart anymore. I would imagine
it's the same, though. You'll want to purchase clips and images from
someplace like istockphoto.com. (They're very inexpensive.)
