templates for kids chores

R

Rob Schneider

I need kids who do chores.

This a newgroup for use of Microsft Project, not for templates are
parenting. Check a newsgroup dedicated to parenting, search Google, or
look at Microsoft's Office web site for templates.
www.microsoft.com/office.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

i need free templates for kid's chores

Rob,
Don't be too quick to judge now, maybe this parent wants to schedule the
chores and even do some earned value (e.g. internet minutes access
earned for each load of garbage taken out).

wouldn't mind one of these myself :) ... getting the data for the actuals
might prove difficult :)

I've now read about 2000 posts on this newsgroup and this is by far the
funniest posting I've come across... However, if you e-mail me a list of
what you want... I'd be willing to (after work [5pm] tomorrow [9/9/04]) make
you a template... getting the children to actually DO them will be in your
hands though... LOL

Oh, and I'm relatively new to the project management routine so I'm
seriously more than willing to make this for you r.m. 'cause I need all the
practice I can get (hence the no life because I'm reading everything I can
about PM). The reason for this second post is to let everyone ELSE know if
they want a copy to e-mail me.

Kids are great project managers but not good do'ers :)

3 kids, age 12,12,12 (yes triplets)

Hi Brian

if you do get one done i wouldn't mind - but there's no rush - my two girls
are only 1 & 3 so we haven't got into "chores" yet :)

Cheers

JulieD, I haven't gotten a request from "r.m." but if and when i make one
I'll send it to you. Steve House... omg, reading that made me laugh and
made my morning. Mark Durrenberger, after 12 years of triplets NO WONDER
you're a project manager... after raising triplets, anything must be easy...
good luck with the teen years!!

Why does everyone remind me of the "teen years" :)...
(and if it's not the teen years I'm being reminded about it's the "wait
until they start driving" or "what are you going to do when they go to
college)

Julie....Oh My God....what do you mean your kids don't do chores. You've
missed their formative "useful members of society" years.....or should it be:
"Why have a dog and bark yourself". Mine are 2 & 4.......my 2 year old mends
the car whilst the 4 year old is currently doing a roof conversion!
Unfortunately I have to use a 24hr calendar, 'cos there's no saying when
they're gonna get the motivation to do any of this stuff! Initially, we
thought that the 03:00 banging noises were poltergeists!

Hi James

had to laugh ... my 3yo has a cleaning obsession anyway which doesn't need
any encouragement and as the 1yo doesn't walk yet we thought we would give
her a bit more time :)

Cheers
