Templates in ON 2007

In ON 2003 I had created a folder that help template "Tabs" that i would copy
into new "Folders" so that I could have consisten tbs in each new folder.
Well the relationship seems to have changed. There arent really folders
anymore, but "tab groups".

So the question is: How do I accomplish the same thing in ON 2007?
Basically a template tab group that I can copy.

A "Section Group" in 2007 is just a folder with a different name. A 2007
Section Group looks, smells, and tastes like a 2003 Folder.

Create a Section Group containing your templates, etc. and it should work
the same way.

Thanks....the idea kind of works for me. I guess when I meant "folders" at
one point I was talking about in the file system. I used to be able to copy
an entire directory to a new directory I created in my "MyNotebooks"
directory and all of the appropriate tabs would show up in ON. Now, I seem
to have to copy the tabs one at a time into a new section group because when
I try the same procedure in the new dorectory structure, it doesnt work.

The catch in ON 2007 is that a file system folder can either be a
Notebook or a Section Group. Have you tried creating a section group and
then copying the files into it?

Yes...I tried that. So here is the scenario:

I have a Notebook called "School"
At the root of that Notebook I create Section Groups that represent my
classes.
Inside each class Section Group there are 3 Tabs: General, Individual,
LearningTeam
I tried to creat a "Template" Section group so that I could just copy it to
the root of my Notebook, but it only seems to want to move the tabs, not copy
them.
However, when I open my subdirectory as a section group, I can successfully
copy the tabs one by one to the desired section group, but not a complete
copy of the Section Group itself, like I used to be able to do with the
subdirectories.

Sorry to be such a pain about this.
