Templates in word

Hi
We have about 2-300 different words documents (templates) that our
users works with daily.

They all have the same top and bottom texts. The top texts are
Headline, Project, Project number, date etc.

I would like that when they open a template, that they could get a
dialog box up where they could insert the name for the Project,
Project number, date etc.

Is this difficult to do?

Its Word 2007 that they use.
