Templates in Word

Can anyone tell me how I would add a Template into the Template tab box under
Other Documents for other users to use?

Create a folder in either the User Templates folder or Workgroup Templates
folder named Other Documents and place your template in the folder.

To find the location of either Templates folder, go to Tools/Options/File
Locations.
