templates keep disappearing

Hi

I use Visio alot for drawings and every so often my shapes that I have
saved just disappear. One day they're there the next day i go to use
them they're not. Is this a bug or something that is common within
Visio 2003?

When you say you saved the shapes, how did you save them? Are they in
a Visio drawing (.vsd) or have you put them on a stencil (.vss)?
Are these shapes you have dropped on a page from standard Visio
stencils, or shapes you have drawn yourself?
If you can describe the situation step by step it's more likely that
we can figure out what's happening.
