Templates/Stationary

I want to create some templates/stationary and would really like to use a
background using our company logo - or our color scheme around the border.
I know how to create stationary but can't figure out how to do a customer
background.

Me too. I can put together pictures and the like but when I paste them
into OneNote and hit "Save as Background" it doesn't expand with the
rest of the typing like the pre-installed stationary does.

What's the secret to this?
