Templates will not download

HELP!!! Word 2007 will not download templates. It tells me I need to
validate my software and then tells me validation was succussful but it still
will not download the templates. I bought the software, Microslft Office Pro
Plus 2007, from Columbia Basin College and i am using Windows XP
