I just downloaded Microsoft Office Pro 2003 from my Universities software
download website and I can't open or download any templates. I can only open
a blank document and I need to open a resume or memo template. Any
suggestions as to what my problem might be?

In the New Document task pane, choose Templates: On my computer. Then you
might want to add a button for the File New dialog. Do this by finding the
FileNewDialog command in Tools | Customize | All Commands and dragging it to
a toolbar.
