I am creating a new template for proposal documents. I
want to add styles to this template, how do I do this? If
I add a style that I later want to delete from the style
drop-down list, how do I do this. This template will need
to be accessed by several users from the the network. How
do I do that?

Without knowing your Word version no-one can give you specific instructions,
but you might like to look at the Word Help on styles and templates. You'll

The normal way to share a template over a network is to set the users'
workgroup templates folder locations to point to the folder you keep the
template in.
