I have created a template which contains certain Field
Codes in the Footer. I want to do two things. First, I
would like to have this template be the default (eg I
want it to appear everytime I load Word). Second, I want
the field codes updated often (at least at every save
and/or close of the document).

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, would is still be possible to open a new blank
document (with the old "normal.dot" template) if need be.
