My mother must have accidently hit the control or windows
key when she was saving a word doc. THE LETTER is now
embedded in the template and in all the THEMES.

I unistalled and reinstalled only to find it there
again. Assuming that not all folders are deleted with the
unistall process I thought I better ask,

is there a way to change the default page and rid the
themes of this ? Its now the NO THEME and it also appears
in all the styles.

I have deleted the file from the theme folder. cant use
the systems restore, it was turned off. thanks for any
help..
