Templates

Whenever I try to download templates from the Microsoft
Template Gallery, a window pops up stating "Template
Gallery Cannot Preview or Open the Template" and it lists
several steps to add "officeupdate" to my secure
websites. I have taken all the steps and added the two
websites to the secure "zone" but I still get the message
that "Template Gallery Cannot Preview or Open the
Template".

Try deleting the cookie for template gallery, this will sometimes clear the
problem.
