templet/tabs

I do transcription. I have made templets for different
jobs and have to move the curser from one subject to the
next each time. I was wondering if I can set up tabs in
front of each subject and tab down to them somehow from
one subject to the next instead of manually moving the
curser. It would make my job so much faster. I can't find
this information anywhere.
thanks Carol

Well, one possibility would be to insert bookmarks, and then
record macros of using Edit/GoTo for jumping to the
bookmarks. You can assign each macro to a toolbar button
and/or a keyboard shortcut.

Depending on what kind of information you need to enter into
the templates, it might make sense to create an "online
form" using form fields. You'll find tutorials and
information on the mvps.org/word website.
