Templete view?

Hello,

I have a user who created a few templetes for use. Every few days when she
opens a file saved made using the templete, she receives the templete view
and none of the data inserted is visible. Seh also cannot alter anything.
View is set to normal. Deleting her profile and logging back in fixes the
problem everytime, however she has to setup preferences for different
programs all over again.

I have searched everywhere with little success. Anyone have a fix for this
or can think of a reason why it happens?

P.S.- other users can open the files successfully.
