templetes in office 2007

I am tryin to learn how to set up templetes or the equivolent in Office 2007.
How do I do such a thing?

Set a template up for what? Do you mean "create" a template?

That's a very generic question... You can use Save As (click the Office
button to see this command) to turn any Word document into a template.

Note that Word 2007 supports templates (*.dotx) as well as macro-enabled
templates (*.dotm). Of course, you can save in the template format of
previous versions (*.dot).
