Temporary internet file attched to outlook mail

we didn't setup mail exchange server. we are using ISPs' 20 email addresses.
When i am receiving a mail to my out look mail box, html file attched to
normal mail that contains the same data as mail contain. I think it is a
temporary file. Simply say, a mail contain a data and a html attchment that
containing the same data as mail. Its kind of repeting same thing. I needed
to remove the attchment of temprary file.

Open the message, click Edit>Edit Message, delete the attachment, close the
message, and accept the changes when asked.
