Temporary Internet Files used by Outlook 2002

Sometimes when an email message contains graphical images, Outlook stores the
images in my temporary internet files. Then when I am offline and have
cleared temporary internet files I cannot see the graphics that were in the
emails. I have to log on and open each email again. Is there a way to
configure Outlook to store email graphics in the email file instead of in
temporary internet files?

The setting for that is in Tools, options, Security, Change auto download
settings, uncheck "don't download pictures......"

Mary, Thanks for your reply. However, when I click Tools, Options, Security,
I do not see any controls that allow me to change the auto download settings.
I am using MS Outlook 2002, SP2. My Inbox is selected when I click Tools,
Options, Security.... Do you have any other suggestions?

She meant in IE, not Outlook.

I was able to locate the "Change Auto Download Settings" command on a
computer running Outlook 2003. I have not been able to find it on my computer
running Outlook 2002, in Outlook or in IE. However, even when using Outlook
2003 and setting the option to allow the automatic download of pictures, the
graphics embedded in emails are lost when I clear temporary internet files.
So my original question is still on the table.
