Temporary Internet Files

I'm trying to add some "Included Content" and I get this message:

Couldn't Open File
C:\Documents and Settings\myname\Local Setting\Temporary Internet
Files\FrontPageTempDir\56a88645.htm

So how do I rebuild the Temporary Internet Files or is there another way?

Well I found the answer.

Delete your FrontPage Temporary Files - With FP running and your web
open, Tools | Web Settings | Advanced, delete Temporary files.
Close FP and then reopen.
