Tempory Internet Files - OLK8

I have accumulated nearly 72MB of files in this
Folder/File. A) Is it possible that this is bogging down
my ability to save documents? B)Due to the "Tempory"
nature of this Folder, should I be regularly deleting
these files?

They should delete themselves. You can delete them manually using IE's
Tools | Internet Options | Delete Files button.

Run a drive clean and see if it fixes the problems; if it does, have a look
at IE settings and reduce the buffer size/reduce the number of days to keep
in the buffer.
