We are using Outlook 2000 on Exchange 2000. When we send
an invitation to a user, the appointment will not appear
in their calendar as tentative unless the person actually
goes and opens the invitation. This has worked in the
past, and does work, but very sporadically. we cannot
figure out why it works and then doesn't. This is an
important "feature" that the admins for some of our execs
need.
