tergeted cafe style resume template

Has anyone built a cafe style targeted resume template? I have 18+ years of
extensive IT experience with about 7 pages (striped down) position specific
skill sets. I am looking for a way to preload everything into a template and
then easily pick and choose what is placed into a targeted job specific
resume.

Search Google for resumes are there are MILLIONS of examples, many that can
be downloaded and used as a template.

But take some advice, never make your resume longer than a single
(double-sided) sheet of paper. Otherwise it will quickly be binned. The job
market is now so competitive, than hundreds - if not thousand - of
applications are received for every job. With that number of resumes to
read, it is unlikely that the sifter will get past the first page until the
applications are whittled down to a reasonable quantity. So get everything
significant and important briefly on the front page. In your covering
letter, say that a fuller resume can be provided on request.
