I installed Outlook 2003 SP2 on a Windows 2003 SP1 Terminal Server. As the
Administrator, I can open Outlook and create an Exchange Profile and
everything works as expected. However, as a User with non-admin rights
Outlook fails to open. I can create the profile, but when I open Outlook I
receive the following error:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened. The set of folders could not be
opened. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is Unavailable.
Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
I have install Outlook on many Terminal Servers, and I have never seen this
error message before. Can anyone help?
