Test Account Settings work, but still can't send e-mails

I have Vista and Office for Small Business 2007. Within the last 24 hours, my
e-mails stopped being sent through Outlook. I've tried everything with the
ISP and everything seems correct. Even the test Account Settings says that
both the incoming and sent test e-mails were completed (I get an e-mail every
time).

But, when I send an e-mail, it still wont send. Also, lots of updates to
Office happened today and wondering if there is a MAJOR conflict somewhere.
I'm getting Install Code errors 80070490 and 80070103. as well as a
0x800106ba error.

YOUR HELP WOULD BE AWESOME!
