Test Drive User

I uninstalled office 2004 using the unistall icon located in its
folder. After that was done, I installed the full version from a CD I
purchased. When I send email through Entourage, it arrives at its
destination as being from Office 2004 Test Drive User, which is how it
appeared when I was actually using the test drive. Did Entourage not
uninstall properly? How do I fix this? Thanks.
