Regardless, when the problem was that I couldn't post a message to THIS
newsgroup for weeks, when I could post to other newsgroups (other
Microsoft newsgroups) .... this WAS the appropriate newsgroup for THAT test.

[The problem was that the message I was trying to post contained the
name of a drug for treating a men's reproductive problem ... not as
Spam, but in a discussion (see my other thread) of inconsistent behavior
of the filter feature in Outlook. But it took a while to figure out
that there are words which, if included in a post to this newsgroup,
cause the entire message to be rejected.]

No matter how much you wish to believe that, it's still not true.

And that would have happened no matter which newsgroup on this server you
would have chosen, so you still should have tested in the test newsgroup.
