test setup failure

Hi
I new to this and have started by setting up a single computer with W2003,
SQL 2000, WSS, Project Server 2003 and MS Project 2003 all on the one machine
so I can play around with it.
Followed the instructions to the letter (i think) and it all seemed to work
but I cant connect to Project Server or web access.
Web access says "Project Server was unable to log you on at this time (5006)."
I am trying to logon using Administrator and I have cleared the password in
the web_resources database to be blank (in case I had it wrong).

Trying to connect to project server from Project tells me I'm "attempting to
log on using a windows user account but you do not have a user account on
this server (5002)". I'm logged on to W2003 using a the local Administrator
account.
Tryint 'test connection' is successful.
Thoughts?

Seamus:

The first time you logon to Project Server you must use the Account:
Administrator supplying the password that you provided during installation.
After you created accounts in Project Server, you can use Windows
authentication.

Hi Gary
It is the Project server web access Administrator account I am trying to log
on with in PWA. I had set the password to "password". When i had problems
logging on I then went to the web_resource database and cleared it to blank
(just in case I had mis remembered the password). Still no joy.

It just so happens I'm logged on the the PC with the local Administrator
account but I'm not trying to logoon to project server with that.
