I am looking for software to test potential employees in their knowledge of
the MS Office 2003 Suite

Is this an initial, weeding out, or doesnt the interviewer have the
knowledge to ask questions?

It is for the initial intervue, just to make sure they have the knowledge of
the package they listed on their resume.

There are many programs out there.
Some work on Macromedia style programs, others use the actual
programs...which is my preference.
I have just purchased OPAC which is produced by the Biddle Consulting
company.
It as I mentioned uses the actual Windows environment, Word, Excel, Lotus,
WordPerfect or whatever else is on your system as the basis for testing.
An internet search is a good start and then get their demos and try them for
yourself.
