Text and graphics outside of margins

I want to create a textbox which should be repeated
automatically for all pages in my document, just like the
top and bottom boxes, but on the right side of the
document? How?

Attach the text box to the header or footer. You're not constrained to keep
the textbox or graphic within the header/footer area: it can go anywhere on
the page.
