Text Appearing on Website Tab

Rob,

I'm not very proficient in Pub, but wouldn't just as easy to go to click
on Tools, Web Page Properties and enter the title there?

How do I change the text on the tab (Internet Explorer 7) that appears when I
navigate to my website. Currently it says "Blank".

Sorry, don't understand. How and where would I apply the text you have given
me. I have created the site in 2007 Publisher.
